1) Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, operation management, etc  

2) Familiar with office software, good image and temperament, strong communication and coordination skills, organizational skills and affinity;  

3) Female, 158cm tall and above, under the age of 38, married, C1 driver's license;  

4) Have a certain knowledge of laws and regulations (especially laws and regulations on labor, safety, environmental protection, etc.), familiar with the operation process of various sections of human resources and some procedures of governmental functional organizations  

5) Administrative, human resources, secretarial work experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, with some knowledge of English is preferred.
